AMETHYST - Amethyst is purple/lavender in color, and is a very protective and powerful crystal. Commonly known for its help with anxiety, amethyst is also beneficial in resolving fear, anger, and rage. Amethyst is a great stone for meditating, headaches, insomnia. To help with nightmares and insomnia, place amethyst under your pillow while you sleep at night. Amethyst is very beneficial, especially when worn as jewelry, specifically over the heart or throat. Avoid placing amethyst in direct sunlight, as it will cause the crystal to lose its color.

 

AQUAMARINE - Aquamarine is green-blue in color and is best known for being a crystal of courage. Aquamarine is useful for calming the mind and ridding it of unwanted thoughts, helping to clear confusion, clarify perception, and sharpen intellect. Aquamarine promotes self-expression, and helps to find closure on all levels. Aquamarine’s calming energies help to quiet the mind and reduce stress. Hold or place the crystal as appropriate.

 

CARNELIAN - Carnelian can range in color, varying from red, orange, brown, and pink. A stabilizing and grounding crystal, carnelian promotes positive life choices, dispels apathy, gives courage, and motivates for success, most specifically related to business. Incredibly protective, it creates a shield against negativity, strengthens in times of need, and absorbs negative energy from its environment. Obsidian assists in bringing clarity to the mind, clearing confusion and constricting beliefs. Obsidian helps one know who they truly are, dissolving emotional blockages and identifying unwanted behavioral patterns. Hold or place the crystal as appropriate.

 

RAINBOW MOONSTONE - Rainbow moonstone, also known as white labradorite, is believed to bring hope, balance, and harmony, while also enhancing endurance, creativity, compassion, and inner confidence. It is also said to help with strengthening psychic perception and intuition, especially when offering visions of things that are not immediately clear. Rainbow moonstone is white and black, and shines flashes of blue when in/under light. Helping to avoid tunnel vision and help see other possibilities, rainbow moonstone offers flashes of inspiration.
