RETURN & REFUND POLICY (last updated 17 june 2022)

we do our best to provide the highest quality products and customer care, and want to fix any and all order discrepancies. all sales are final and no returns are accepted. please do not ship any products back, as a refund can be issued and processed without any product returns. all refund inquiries must be made within three (3)  days of order delivery. orders may be cancelled any time before your shipping label has been created. refunds are granted for products only, no reimbursement for shipping will be included. if you are for any reason unsatisfied with your purchase, or would like to inquire about cancelling an order, please reach out to us at treatyourselfwithkindnessco@gmail.com with your order number and a short description/picture of your issue.

all orders will be processed and shipped within three to five (3-5) business days, and we ask that you allow an additional three to five (3-5) business days for your order to arrive. often, it will not take this long for your order to arrive, however, with the increased delays in the postal system during the pandemic, we like to prepare for potential unforeseen delays. all orders will include a tracking number through the shipping provider. if you have any questions about your order, please feel free to contact treatyourselfwithkindnessco@gmail.com.
